1) Is it true that you will pay me when my baby is potty trained? 
Yes, we will give you a $50 gift card to a retailer of your chose.  Click here for more information.
2) Is it true that if my baby is not potty trained by 2 years old you will give me free service?
Yes, if your baby is not potty trained by 24 months old, we will provide our service for free until your baby is daytime potty trained.  Click here for more information.
3) Can you deliver to my work?
Yes.  We will deliver to any location of your choice.  Multi-location deliveries are available, but an extra delivery fee may apply.
4) How do you wash the diapers?

5) Can I use cloth diapers at my daycare?
We will work with you and your daycare to make it a smooth transition.  We also offer a day care add on package for a one time $10.00 fee.  You get an extra waterproof pail liner, NADS approved diaper pail, and a waterproof wet-bag.  If your daycare would like, we will do a cloth diaper presentation, and give them a chance to have their questions and concerns answered.

1) Can you deliver to my work?
Yes.  We will deliver to any location of your choice.  Multi-location deliveries are available, but an extra delivery fee may apply.
2) Can I use cloth diapers at my daycare?
We will work with you and your daycare to make it a smooth transaction.  We offer a second diaper pail and pail liners at no charge.
3) Do you have a list of daycares that except cloth diapers?

4) What if my delivery day falls on a holiday?
We will contact you in advance of the holiday, to make an alternative delivery schedule.
5) Do I have to rinse the diapers?
No.  If the diaper is just wet, place it in the diaper pail.  If there is any feces, shake solids into the toilet as this will reduce odor and diaper staining.  No need to dunk or soak diapers in the toilet.
6) Will I get the same diapers back?
Yes.  Your service is personalized. You'll receive the same diapers back each week, except for diapers that are badly stained or worn, which will be replaced.
7) When will my diapers be picked-up/delivered?
When you sign up with All Things Diapers, we will work with you to pick a delivery day and location.  Please put your dirty diapers out for collection by scheduled time on your delivery day.
8) What if I forget to put my diapers out for collection?
Don’t worry!  We will leave your next load of diapers for you, with a “Sorry We Missed You” card telling you we were there and your diapers weren’t.  Just contact us to organize a collection.  A delivery fee may apply for this service and varies based on where you are in our service area.
9) My diaper pail stinks.  What can I do?
If there is a noticeable smell when you open your pail, sprinkle baking soda right on the top of the dirty diapers.  This does not harm the diapers.
Make sure that you change the deodorant disk monthly.  We will provide one every 4 weeks with your order.
10) How and when do I pay?
You can choose to pay for your service weekly or every 4 weeks by check, cash, or credit card.
11) Do you offer a referral program?
Yes.  Get a week free for every person that you refer. 
12) Do you sell gift cards or provide baby registries?
Yes.  Please contact us for details.  We also offer the upgrade of delivering the first weeks service in the shape of a cake - each one individualized to a selected theme.  See our diaper cake shop, or contact us for information.  
13) How do I cancel my service?
Please contact us 3 days before your scheduled delivery day to cancel your service.  Our pick-up team will be at your home, as scheduled, to pick up your rental items from your designated area.
